For last four days, I, being one of your loyal customers for last 15 years almost, lodging a requests to have my cooler(jumbo, S-6000) serviced including the change of pads, , ...but no satisfactory answer I received properly . Daily on calling, I am given feedback that we have sent the requests to the workers. When, I talked to the workers they disgracefully replied to contact to the company.
