Symphony Limited — fixation of service charges without knowing the problems and poor warranty inspite of very high cost | |||
I brought a symphony touch 20 model from a retail shop I also registered myself in the portal within 10 days. Only after 1 year high cost symphony cooler was not working then I contacted customer care and registered my complaint then suddenly I got a message that out of warranty charges are 300. Without knowing the problem they are asking for 300 rupees. And costliest cooler gives only one year warranty. And symphony services can't even let any body know the warranty period by the serial number of model..means they are incapable of giving you any kind of detail Worst management information system by so called the best company of coolers Warranty period must be extended cause they are charging The heaviest price for the products which breaks down in a year Was this information helpful? | |||
