Symphony Limited — ice cube 17i - service & spare parts | |||
I had purchased symphony ice cube 17i 18 months back and all the sudden it stopped working. Registered a complain with symphony and after so many follow-ups (Morethan 4 days) technician came and checked the product. Initially he told that pcb board failure and that needs to be replaced since it cannot be serviced. He quoted rs.1200/ since we dont have option we accepted to replace, then he told that honey comb pad also needs to be replaced as its worn out and that cost rs.1000/ we accepted that and he told both needs an order placement which will take a week time. Later he told motor also need to be replaced which will cost rs.2500/ we got doubt and asked how are you saying that, he told some story which we cant accept. I doubt they are trying to replace all parts to get more money from customer. If a product dosent work for 2 years and it cost morethan half of the product cost. Was this information helpful? | |||
