Symphony Limited — new air cooler not working

Hi,

I bought new air cooler from bea, tatabad, coimbatore branch.
Purchase date : 10.04.2019
Purchaser name : dhilipkumar v

Air cooler is not working now.

I called to bea service center and they told that will send service guys.

How come a new products is not working.

I lost confidence with symphony products.

I would like to get this product replaced.
