Symphony Limited — Payment Debited Product Not Received

I booked Symphony Tower Cooler 50 Liter from Symphony website on 3rd April. Payment got Debited from my account but No order information received. Called Customer Care many times but no response. No one in the earth knows where is my Order. please help.
