Dear Sir / Madam, I am vidya, ordered Symphony Touch 35 Personal Air Cooler 35-litres with Remote. I didn't receive it and when I was trying to call customer care, nobody was responding. I mailed but didn't get any reply. I request the company to refund my amount.
