Symphony Limited — service problem

I have complaints regarding improper service, technician was came at home and said ther is a mistake i will come in a week with a parts, after a week i called him up he said parts are not available wait for it i will cal u after 3 days again i cal the same reason was there, in customer care i have called but no response i am getting its more than 20 days. Summer season has gone now what shouid i do?

Services of service centre Not satisfactory.
I have a lodge a complaint no GH[protected] on 7th June 2018 that the Moyer of fan is not working.since 9th June 2018 no resolution provide by the company nor having any satisfactory answer. How carelessly behaving the customers.
