[Resolved] Symphony Limited — Symphony service center not resolving complaint in time and is also not providing warranty as promised | |||||
Complaint number : GH-RK-27C17014 Dated: March 27 Reason: Cooler Motor not working Model: Diet 50i I have logged complaint GH-RK-27C17014 almost 1 week back and till now the RK service center is shifting dates without even notifying me. Whenever I call them they use to say that it will be resolved today, however they are not even calling since last week. I have taken around 5-6 follow ups daily since March 27 but very bad response from service center. I have tried talking to main service center using customer care number [protected] but only the complaint gets logged from there but no talking facility with customer care representative. Issue Description: I have replaced the cooler motor as per complaint number GH-RK-30G16002 on July 30, 2016 almost end of season. Also on asking for the bill for new motor the service center guys told me that complaint printout is enough for further warranty related issues. I have uploaded the complaint printout details in attachments. However the motor is not functioning in March 4, 2017 which is just start of next season. So I asked RK service center ( to whom the complaint got transferred by Symphony center) to provide me the motor within warranty. However they refused to do so and asked me if I can pay the half of the motor amount along with service charge. I requested them several times to get the motor in warranty as this was not even used for 2 months properly since installation in July 2016. So after this the service center guys gave me proposal to pay half the amount to which I agreed with not much options and asked them to visit for servicing. but till then no show.
