Symphony Limited — symphony storm 100i faulty and dirty cooler delivered not used in single minute | |||||
I bought new symphony storm 100i from reliance digital Mahagun mall Vaishali Ghaziabad dtd.15.04.2018 and delivery dtd.16.04.2018. I connect cooler to electric but cooler water pump is not working and cooler is very dirty and same time i inform to reliance digital shop, he is say that engineer is come yesterday. But engineer will not come. After time to time follow up engineer are come and check he is accept this is faulty cooler. I go to reliance digital shop and share my problum to mr deepak and talk symphony office and he is say “aap ko jobhi karna hai kar lo court me jana hai jaoo mai replace nahi karunga”and his language is very disgusting and after talking deepak was say that i will resolve your problum and replace your cooler. I want replace my cooler because of i will pay to reliance digital for new fresh pc amt. So why i accept repair pc i want new pc of symphony storm 100i. Was this information helpful? | |||||
