Symphony Limited — technician not visited from last 9 days after complaint raised

I raised a complaint bn[protected] to symphony service center 9 days ago. From last 5days continuesly taking followup of my complaint but no use. Till now no technician visited to repair my cooler. Worst service ever.
Rather there are sharing different numbers [protected] - badavan & [protected] to take me directly followup on this and those guys are not at all answering my call.
