Syncnscan — insurance and warranty useless | |||||
I have purchased a mobile from Quikr alongwith Warranty and Insurance for 6 months and 1 year respectively on 25 July, 2018. After 2 weeks the mobile screen got cracked. And within another week, the mobile stopped working completely. It was dead. I tried to call the Syncnscan Team repeatedly and even mailed them 20 times, but no one replied. Everytime I call them, it keeps saying that our executives are busy, we will get back to you shortly. Was this information helpful? | |||||
