Any they personally satisfied me that they have initiated the refund from there end. The problem is with bank only. I have a problem with refund related . amazon initiated my balance on 14th of July but it was not reach in my Bank account and also i have utr no it was generated on last day

Sir i am a bc for yes bank and my shop is near syndicate bank sukarapada branch branch code : 8024 . Sir syndicate bank bc is working in bank and bank staff is not working so many peoples are not satisfy this work. Plz check it and resolve the matter
