I can't deposit money to my skrill account [account number protected] using my visa debit card issued by syndicate bank, byndoor.. Using this visa card I can make online transaction within India..it is declined for international payments.. Why this happens... Please Solve this problem... I need to open new account because i want take addmission in B.Ed .i have applied for new account on 11jun 2019 but till now didnt open account on 13 jun 2019 . My last counseling date is over. U tell me what i do .and who is responsible for this.plz tell me

Bank service is very poor and staff also very rude.
