[Resolved] Syndicate Bank — Refund not reflected | |
I orders amazon prime on 27 th june but due to some reason it got cancelled and i was charged. Amazon initiated my refund process and it should have taken till july 3 but i dint recieve my money so when i spoke with amazon they told they have already refuned and gave me refrence number when i called syndicate customer care they did not respond properly and said we will update speak to higher officials but nothing useful. Jul 10, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Ok after i complain on call and here they responded pretty soon and refunded my money within 3 days. Syndicate Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
