[Resolved]  Syndicate Bank — refund processed but not reflecting in account

Refund was Rs:349.00 was processed by amazon on 03/02/2020 but the amount is still not reflecting in my bank amount
When contacted the bank customer care they had no clue of it and said me to contact amazon again.
But the refund reference number is also provided by amazon which is--Refund Reference # 900012
This was the message sent from AMAZON::

Synd bank is a ### bank, i dont know any bank with such silly refund issues, people arguing about privatisation of nationalized banks, shut up and see what happens when dumb banks like syndicate bank should be privatised or removed, worst bank in human history
