Syndicate Bank — Regarding transfer of accounts | |
Almost two months back, I requested with proper application in syndicate bank, Bijwasan Delhi branch regarding transfer of PPF account in SBI Shalimar Garden Ghaziabaad & saving account in the same bank i.e. in Syndicate Bank, DTC Seemapuri Delhi. And after that I am in regular touch with Syndicate Bijawasan Contact No. [protected], but so far neither PPF Account nor saving account transferred in the respective bank/branch. The More important thing is that when I called today(02/01/2021) at the same number, one staff namely Neeraj picked up the phone & blamed that this is the customer fault for not tracking/follow-up the status of transferring the accounts. So It is requested that the staff may please be briefed/sensitized to analyse the matter before discussing with customer(The communication over phone by Neeraj can be analysed with CDR data). Further It is also requested that the both accounts i.e. PPF and saving accounts may please be transferred in the respective banks/branch at the earliest.
