Syscom Corporation — my atm card not delivered to my address and send back syscom corporation ltd.

I am abdul aziz, s/o loqman the atm debit card was issued by station road, sikar sbi {home branch} and for the same card i got massage {your sbi debit card ending with 7558 dispatched on 08022019 thru speed post no. Ja{protected} on 09/02/2019 but no one come to me on my address to deliver it. After some days i check status of speed post and it showed that card has been sent back to syscom corporation ltd., new mumbai

I request you to please resend my atm card to this address
