[Resolved] Syska Gadget Secure — earphones

I have brought ear phones and they stopped working in couple of months and when i registered complaint and sent all required documents they ensure me of pickup but six months passed no pickup is arranged till now and every time i call i get to listen fake promises.
Please see to my case and get replace my earphones.
I will never buy syska products again and will encourage others to do the same if my issue is not resolved.
