Syska Gadget Secure — handset given them for repair, not received till now | |||||
I have mobile samsung s8 and i have bought syska gadget secure along with mobile. My mobile got damage in an accident and i have raised claim with syska on 10oct 2017 then on they have asked so many documents proofs and asked me to courier documents as well and finally approved the claim and asked me to courier my device for further repair and assured to be delivered immediately after repair. I have couriered my device and it has reached them in 24oct 2017 and they updated the status in website saying it is under repair and will be delivered on 1st nov 2017 but then it isn't delivered till now. Their customer service is very unresponsive everytime they just say, we have escalated ur complaint and will look into matter. No firm dates & responses given till now.
