I bought this trimmer on 6th nov 2018 and it has 2 years of warranty. It suddenly got spoiled (Sound of burst) while charging. I called customer care but they are not ready to replace the product. They are asking me to pay for the product manufacturing defect. They say that short circuit is not covered under warranty but where is my fault, i didn't do anything to the product. It suddenly got spoiled while charging. Its circuit manufacturing defect. I need product to be replaced.

Hi I have ordered Syska led tube light pack of 10 but I got one defective bulb and it have 2 years warranty I am andhar Pradesh anantapur how can I exchange that defective item.
