Syska Gadget Secure — iron complaint

Hi team,

Its been 45 days since i have complained about my defective iron. They have picked it but now they are not replacing my product.
I am daily calling them and seems like they are not listening at all.
They are really doing false promises and telling me that i will get my product asap but till now no replacement or call from them.

Please help me.

Ive purchased syska trimmer in oct19. The trimmer is no more working. It shows charge dead bt after charging 6 hr its still not working theres no customer service center nearby. Plz help
