Syska Gadget Secure — mobile insurance amount approved not yet disbursed

I have purchase mobile and insured the mobile with syska gadget secure. I have send the insurance to syska gadget secure on 21/12/2016. My insurance claim is approved on 27/01/2017. Rs. 12637.50 claim approved from company. But my i have not received insurance amount after contacting number of times on company toll free no.[protected]. But they are telling you will get the insuance amont soon. Not telling exact date and time. I am following therm from december 2016.
