This is regarding my mobile Samsung S7 edge. Which is under their custody since 14.10.2016 and is not returned till now. My claim ID is [protected] MP I have called on there helpline number and contacted them through email repeatedly . We always get the reply that they will get back to me at the earliest but no action has been taken from their side. My phone which was latest and new at that time is a old version now. My coupon code is not working and your customer care not able to solve this issue if you also not able to resolve this issue I will take legal action against the company

I purchased Syska power bank on january 23 rd from Flipkart..its not working...the usb sockets are not working..phone is not being charged...indication symbols are working but mobile is not charging
