My claim raised of theft on 28th march 2016 and claim is aproved in june or july 2016 the same year from that time onwards i am calling or mailing them but i always get the same answer as please co operate with us you will get the amount as soon as possible your compaint is raised on priority basis but today is 9 june 2018 more than 2 year still they haven’t credited my amount and the amount approved is not correct too they said send the remaining items like box charger that i send and they didn’t still change my claiming amount
