Syska Gadget Secure — not got insurance on my samsung mobile

Hello i am resident of nanded maharashtra.
I had purchased my samsung handset worth rs 20000 on 30 june 2016 and had did its insurance under syska gadget secure company. I paid 1800 rs extra amount for insurance.
My handset got damaged on 16 september 2016. According to company my insurance is valid for 12 months.
So i registered the claim on 16 september 2016. Company has taken my handset & all accessories along with its original bill from me & in return it assured me that they will provide insurance of 15000 rs to me. But 10 months have been passed i didn't get any insurance from company.
I have tried contacting company many times but there's no response from that company.
My complaint no that they have provided is [protected].
I have contacted the manoj sir of that syska head several times but he doesn't responded me i am sending u its contact details along with some photos taken by me. Which contain my original bill, handset pickup receipt of company, insurance details, some screenshots of my talks with company.
