Syska Gadget Secure — not got insurance on my samsung mobile since 10 months | |||||
Sir i am resident of nanded maharashtra. I had purchased my samsung handset worth rs 20000 on 30 june 2016. I had done its insurance under company name syska gadget secure. I paid 1800 rs extra amount for insurance. The insurance validation was for 12 months. On 16 september 2016 my accident incurred in which my handset got damaged. So on the same day i claimed for insurance to syska gadget secure. They have taken my handset & all accessories along with original bill & in return they assured me that they will provide insurance of 15000 rs. 10 months have passed i haven't received any insurance yet. I have contacted manoj sir of syska many times even i have made 100's of mail to them but there's no response from company.
