[Resolved] Syska Gadget Secure — not receiving proper after sales service for power bank | |||
I raised a complaint about a power bank not giving enough power backup. the syska customer care gave me a reference number to visit the nearest authorized service centre. The reference number is RVCCR2002WEM00019. The name of the service centre is We Care service centre. They took my power bank and told me that today is Saturday we will create a login id on this reference number on Monday and gave me visiting card and asked to call them on Monday. I called them on Monday they told me that they've sent the power bank to check the issue. Now it's been two week since I gave them the power bank. They are not giving me proper answer as well as no receipt. Today I tried to call them and their both numbers were switched off. What can I do now?
