Syska Gadget Secure — not returning my mobile

Hi,
My mobile is samsung s7 edge and i have bought syska gadget secure along with mobile. My mobile got damage in an accident and i have raised claim with syska in february 2017 then on they have asked so many documents proofs and asked me to courier documents as well and finally approved the claim and asked me to courier my device for further repair and assured to be delivered immediately after repair. I have couriered my device and it has reached them in april 2017 and they updated the status in website saying it is under repair and will be delivered on may 23rd 2017 but then it wasn't delivered then they said due to parts unavailability there's a delay it will be delivered very soon. From then till now there is no update or even a call from their side and there is no current status and the only source to contact is customer care who don't know anything regarding the company and there is no manager as well. I have been calling them but getting sake response as wait.. And i want my device back immediately.
Even if i send to another country it will come back by now...
I kindly request to look into this on priority
