[Resolved] Syska Gadget Secure — Phone not received from 1 month and 24 days | |||||
Complaint number - [protected] My phone got accidentally damaged on 23rd July, 2015. I registered claim on 23rd July, 2016. Every time I submit a document, they raised a query that they need another document. Finally, I submitted the phone on 4th August. After 12 days, Claim got approved on 16th August, 2016. I have not received the phone till today (17th Sep, 2016), Its been 1 month and 24 days. I also got to know that their tie up got suspended with Samsung because they don't pay the Samsung service centre. They keep telling me every day that you will get your phone the next day. They have now raised an issue that my phone's motherboard got damaged. Was this information helpful? | |||||
