[Resolved]  Syska Gadget Secure — syska 100u trimmer is not working properly

I bought trimmer on 25 december 2018 model no ht100u from flipkart it has warranty of twe years
Trimmer is not working properly i charged it for maximum 8 hours but it get discharged in 5 min and it has starting problem it's blade is not running sometimes it's blade stopped working during use and sometimes it's blade get sucked in beard and moustache.

We complaint about surface Led light not working from 20 days, called customer care 7-8 times, evrytime they say they will keep us on high preference but still now no one came to check light.
