Dear Indian Consumer Complaint Forum, I purchased a handset insurance policy from Syska Gadget Secure on 1st November 2015. I met with an accident and My cell phone (Samsung Note5) got damaged on 4th September 2016. Same day, I registered my claim with Syska.. as per their policy. My claim Number- [protected] I have submitted all the documents and completed all the required procedures they asked me to do so. Even though my claim was approved by them, they told me in April 2017 to personally submit my phone to their Pune centre; which I submitted on 18 April 2017. Since September-2016 i have been chasing them to settle my claim. firstly.. to reverse deliver my phone and now to hand my phone back to me. They have not settled it yet after so many months (almost a year). Even i got same reply from customer care and received a system generated mail which is always same. I have not received any claim amount, my phone and even a single satisfactory answer from their side. Please help me in this case to get my phone back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
