Syska Gadget Secure — syska led bulbs | |||||
I registered a complaint about my syska led bulbs which were not working as inverters. Your customer care executive generated a complaint no. Ec[protected]. And he advised me to mail the soft copy of the invoice bill. On 23rd october they told me to send the courier from my end as my area does not fall under for reverse pick-up. I shipped those led bulbs through india post with tracking id ce[protected]in. Those bulbs were delivered to you on 31/10/2019. But till now your customer care executives kept on telling me to wait for next 15-20 days and your work is under process. Today it has been more than 45 days when i has sent you those bulbs but ic have not recieved any response from your side.in between they again arranged arranged the pickup through delivery but they were already sent to tou. Total it has costed me around 1000/- rupees. Now i am totally frustrated. After so much calls and mails to customer care at last on 26/12/19 i got a message that the bulbs will be despatched within 72 hrs and docket no be shared with me. But till now no i have got no response from your side. Already four month have passed. If you cannot give me those led bulbs back then return my those bulbs which i have sent to you i e for which i have paid money. Was this information helpful? | |||||
