Syska Gadget Secure — warranty and product delivered | |||
I purchsed syska ht1309 trimmer from snapdeal and they deliverd me used product and no return request were accepted by snapdeal and now after 2 months of puchasing the product it started overheating and when i went to syska service center they are asking 250 for repairing they are saying that thier is no warranty of blade. It means that blade of syska trimmer has a life of 2 months only after two i will have to pay 250rs is this somekind of joke i purchased a brand so that it will be better than those low quality products but no its worst than that. Suppose i purchased that blade then it will overheat again after two monthes. Replace my product or repair it otherwise i ll go higher bcz i m student and our income is our father and he belongs to middle class. Why snapdeal or syska is not taking any action against it . I got a call from snapdeal but they were saying they cant do anything thier work is to only deliver the product and they cant do anything about the warranty .it means snapdeal does not care for thier customer they only know to diliver the product no matter how the cheap quality product it is .snapdeal had written 2 years of warranty but in three the product started heating and syska is saying to how would i pay if you made a cheap quality product .Do something or i ll take another higher and serious action againt it .I m very disappointed with syska and snapdeal
