Syska — not giving warranty on led bulbs | |||
Syska Worst Service (never buy anything) 1 year ago, I got warranty replacement of Syska LED bulbs in 45 days. Again on 20-3-18 I lodged 4 comlaints for warranty of same product. The poor process; first they ask so many detail for a complaint on phone, at the end agent says to email invoice. After 19 days, no. of calls & emails; still calls are not forwarded to their pick-up partnerer. On 24-3-18 Syska apoliged via email and commited to pick-up within a couple of days, but nothing happened. This is the depth of worst service you'll ever get from Indian company and inefficient staff. After pick-up again it'll take 25-30 days to replacement after many calls & emails. So never buy anything from this poor company, which are cheating customers.
