Syska — syska power bank | |||
Dear sir, I have called syska customer care atleast 10 times but i am not getting proper response. I bought syska power bank(invoice no.- FAAAE[protected]) two months back and it started malfunctioning soon. I submitted it to service center on 6th march and still there is no response. When i ask service center, they say they don't know anything. When i call syska customer care, they say "sir please keep co-operating". I just wanted to know when would i receive the power bank?? If you are not able to provide services to customer then there is no need of providing warranty. It's really very frustrating to call customer care everytime and everytime they say the same thing. Perhaps syska company is a fraud company, because i ve sent so many mail, but don't get any reply, given tollfree number is false, i ve purchase the above said model before 5, months ago, now i m facing 2prblm, one is language change prblm other is volume buttom doesn't work Properly, i ve try to contact with the ccare, but don't get any response
