Szi Technologies — Harassment of interviewees

Hi,
my name is Sambid Dhali. & this complaint is regarding an organization named SZI Technologies which is based at Salt Lake Sec 5 Kolkata. The reason for the complaint is that last month they asked me to attend an interview at their organization for the post of Inbound Customer Care Executive.They repeateadlt requested me to attend the interview & assured me that the position was for Inbound Customer Care Executive. However on attending the interview I was repeateadly told to work for Outbound Sales Survey Process. So on informing that I have experience for working in only Inbound Customer Care & that I was informed by the HR that the interview was for Inbound only I was told that Inbound is only for night shifts however I would have to travel alone on my own at 5 am in the morning & that I would not receive any pickup nor drop even at such an odd hour. They tried to force me in every way to work for their Outbound Process where as the HR who asked me to attend the interview had confirmed previously that the position is for Inbound Customer Care Executive & I would not have to work in Outbound. The scene was totally the opposite when I attended the interview wher I was being forced in every way by them to work for Outbound Sales Survey. now that I hace refused to work for Outbound they still keep on sending the emails to me asking me to attend their interview. Kindly help me resolve this issue as I really do not wish to receive an further emails from such a fraudalent organization.
