T-Kameez — Send me wrong product

I ordered 4 t-shirts from tkameez but they sent me a cardigan and a jogger. I want to get what I ordered but costumer care number is unavailable and the mail is bot generated so I continuously receive same reply which is not helpful. They say that they are not accepting any returns due to covid-19 but no such information was given to me while ordering the products.
