T-Mobile — Neither product delivered nor money refunded | |
Sir/madam I found an offer on quikr on samsung s7 edge with price rs 20k. They've a mobile no. To contact with, through whatsapp [protected]. http://gurgaon.quikr.com/Escrow/Samsung-Samsung-Galaxy-S7-Edge-for-sale-W0QQAdIdZ[protected] When contacted, a person told me s/he works for t-mobile, london but in india. S/he asked me to provide my address. I provided the same, then he gave a/c details for payment. Name: manjeet kaur A/c no: [protected] Ifsc: sbin00033370 But i asked, shouldn't i pay through quikr. The person says they don't have any a/c with quikr. Then i said i'll pay cash on delivery (As written in the quikr add). Again the person asked me who'll pay the tax in your city? I said i'd like to speak to you on mobile. I called twice, s/he dint pick, says they're not permitted to speak in office. Then s/he asked me to pay custom tax of rs 5200 and rest rs 14800 on cod. I paid rs 5200 in advance. Then i was asked to forward the transaction screenshot to the below email address: [protected]@consultant.com I forwarded that too. The next day, the person said, the courier will not deliver 1 piece in my city, that i'll have to buy min 3 units and offered with rs 15k each. I said i can't, then s/he asked for 2 units. I again said i can't. Then s/he said custom are asking for full payment. Then again i was asked to pay 60% of the balance. When i asked for a refund, the person said, i'll not get the refund. I even asked him/her to deliver without invoice but yet to get any reply. I'm not sure whether s/he's really from t-mobile company. So sir/madam, i kindly request you to please process for my refund. I even found another complaint on net against them.
