Sir, I am a valued customer of your firm since 2009 and renewing insurance policy of my car reg. No. Dl4cne4400. Even though your executive collected the cheque within 2 hours of my request but the policy was not delivered which was due on 3rd of october 2017. Inspite of various requests in no.[protected] the matter is never attended carefully and now i compelled to lodge a complaint before you. I am facing difficult due to this and even the traffic police challaned me on this account. I expect an immediate intervention from you and hope to solve the issue on priority.
