I had given my vehicle breeza no. Dl8caa4000, to the dealer service station m/s t r sawhney, maya puri for repair under insurance claim system. I have a policy with zero dep and return to invoice value, now the complaint is that
1. Since, i have a zero dep and return to invoice value, how the dealer charged rs.2500/- from me towards processing charge, is it legal.
2. The dealer provided me date of 10 days as the repair was minor but the dealer could not even changed bumper in 14 days on the ground that part is not available. I got my vehicle on 16th days, which is not justifiable. When the dealer is not having even small parts available, when the dealer has so many workshop a stock is expected or a reasonable time to get it done should have been taken.
3. Unsatisfactory service/ even i received my vehicle after 16 days, the workshop forget to given connection to left indication and electrical work of giving power to the left side indication system was not done. When raised the issue on next day and this 29/12/18, the workshop manager, accepted the fault and said the left out work of electrical installation will be done on 30/12/18 sunday at your door step but it was again a simple false promise.
