[Resolved] Table Mate Ii — Worstest service provided by Table Mate II | |||||
Ordered Table mate on 20th Jan 2016, called customer care for confirmation and they informed that I am going to receive the product in 3 to 4 working days. It is been 6 days and I have not got any product and neither the tracking details. Customer care executives always say it takes 5 more days to receive the product any day and any time you call them and they also say that India Speed post is having problem in giving Tracking number. They neither have a complaint forum in their website nor details about tracking your placed order. Very very bad service provided by Table mate II. Worst place to order for a table. There is no confirmation of your placed order as well. Don't ever think of buying a table from Table mate II Was this information helpful? | |||||
