We are not getting proper response for installation or any other query after installation from concerned cable operator. There is no basic manner or kind support from him, not only me there are lot of neighbors in our area facing same problem due to his behavior. Kindly do take immediate action and make us to get problem free service.
Problems facing by cable operator:
* no receipt for any payments.
* collecting extra amount for set of boxes.
* providing old set of boxes, which used earlier.
* there is no support at all from cable operator through mobile or direct.
