And chanda chari for offence punishable under section 499, 500 of
Ipc and for the offence under section 67 and 72 of the information
Technology act. Statement accepted

3.In view of the statement, the grievance of the petitioner at this
Stage no more survives. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
