Dear sir /madam, Kindly attention please that today i visit your consultancy and soo called name career builder institute. I can see that the today's business game that your senior conduted since some of years also. Your employee calling through shine.com job portal and getting our numbers and talking that your so called organisation creating expectation that without money gives jobs in many places. But i think that we are all slaves that who are looking for the jobs. As far as i observe that 'we not taking any registration charges' its main motto that should attract people like me and push them a trap. Only one opportunities in sales profile if we are not agreed go to training you have to learn in advanced. But still no money no jobs. All consultancy wants money directly and some wants indirectly make a deal of it hiring banks, manufacturers big company shows that we best like you. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Yes but while waiting for my turn I have observed that to some candidates who cannot pass the system test the madam was telling them that they can either learn the advance excel from any other institute & then can come for interview or can also join their courses .
So according to my views they do have a Training Institute but its not mandatory that to face interviews you have to do the course from them only. And I think its a good option for those freshers who are not having any Excel knowledge they can do this type of Training as because they do have the Reputed companies Back office vacancies they can send their students directly for interview after the completion of their courses.
