Talentar — not giving refund

This consultancy has taken money from me to provide me job on 31st jan, 2019. They said that they'll provide me job but they didn’t. When i went for the interview first they said that there will be a telephonic round for which u have to pay rs 1200 so that we will provide you id. If you'll be selected you will be getting offer letter on the spot and you will be getting rs 1200 back in your first salary. And in case if you are not selected then you will be getting your rs 1200 back. I paid rs 500 and said i’ll be paying remaining money afterwards. I cleared that telephonic round. Next day they called me and said to bring the remaining money and once the money is paid they will be giving me offer letter. But when i paid the money they asked rs 1000 more for training. I refused for training. They were emphasizing me to attend training and pay rs 1000 but i still said that i can't pay as i don't have that much money. Then they said ok and told me that they will b sending me an office address on my number on which i have to go for an interview. I waited for 2 days they didn't send. So, i went to their office back they gave an image of office and told they'll be scheduling my interview and it will take few days. Again i waited for their call but they didn't call me. So i went over there to ask them about job. They told me to go after 3 days. My job profile was of data entry and when i went to that company they said it's a call centre and there is no vacancy for data entry. When i said that i came from so and son consultancy so they said they don't even them. Suddenly i went to that consultancy back and said everything happened. They gave me another office address and said if here you'll not get the job we will be giving you your refund back. It was already 20 days over since from i paid. When i went on that address again it was not a company but it was a consultancy and they also said that they don't recognize them. It was march now, i was still jobless, i asked for refund on 9th march 2019 and they gave me a date of 30th april 2019. I called them and asked them that according to company policy the refund will be getting after 20 to 25 days and you have sent me a date of 52 days. They said that they will be checking and they'll send another date. Again they send a date after 42 days i. E. On 15th april 2019. When i called back they were not answering my call.. But still i keep on calling them. They answered my call and said that what has happened we are giving your money why you are creating issue and asked for my bank account number and ifsc code. I send sms and gave them the information needed. Again i waited till 15th april 2019, but there were no money transaction by their side. Then i called them on 17th april 2019, and asked about my refund and said that it hasn't come. They gave me a reason that there is funding issue due to which they can't give me money. Then they said that they will be transacting before 30 april 2019 so wait till 30 april. Again i waited till 30 april but still i didn't got the refund. I was trying to call them but they were not answering my call. So on 9th may 2019 i went to their office so they again said that you’ll be getting your money on 30th may 2019. When i said they started arguing that the employee who was handling your refund process has left the office in april. So it will take time. When i said that without taking money i will not go they started arguing that go and take money from that employee who has left the job... Your validity has been got over and still i m giving you. You have to wait till 30th may 2019. And when i said that if the refund will not come so what should i do then they said come back to office. Already it was my 10th time today i went over there. I request you to help me. As my financial state is not good i have left my education in between due to financial problem.
