Re: Complaint about the poor service of the fitness centre

I am writing to complain about the poor service of your fitness centre in particular the Unprofessional Training and the unacceptable response of the personal trainer*.

I would like to start by saying how disappointed I was with the personal training. The personal trainer was neither fit nor strong enough. He was not at all focused and more concerned about the ppl/surrounding while conducting the session. I think that he could not show us a good enough model for being fit.(1.)He also lacked confidence and skills to teach as during one session a fellow client was performing absolutely wrong and he refused to help on the pretext, "woh meri client nahi hai toh me q Sikhao" and (2)the second incident was more worst when he confronted a rather untrained client after many Reps who was performing wrong saying, "aap bahut enjoy karray thay isliye mene roka nahi but your form/technique was full wrong" . Not only Did he lack focus but also forgot the Rep counts during sessions and due to bad form/posture during sessions I have a bad BACK PAIN and SHOULDER ISSUES since past 1 week.

My next complaint concerns the "poor response" of the pain suffered the next day in my shoulder, back and legs.The pain was very nasty and I could barely walk. Upon enquiring the reasoning behind this acute pain the trainer **Made fun and laughed** it off along with fellow trainers and clients standing near by. It was unacceptable definitely.. I think it is unreasonable of you to expect customers to tolerate such kind of discouraging behaviour. Moreover, the comment made that "this is jus normal" & "Hota hai" without any explanation at all was unprofessional again. It was even brought to the notice of the assistance manager as 1st Verbal Warning for misbehaviour and rude response to a rather serious question regarding fitness.I think that it is terrible to find such a personal trainer in a fitness centre like yours.

The last complaint but also the one that concerns me most is the rude response of your personal trainer regarding my complain of cancelling my p.t without any notice(paid session)*** on the pretext of me being late for 15mintues. When I gave my comments on the same, I was told that the workout was done yesterday itself and that I did it so I should have that much sense to ASSUME it is done with and hence nothing else was left to do except for Cardio. He claimed that, "it is common sense that legs workout of hamstring, calves and one more muscle name mentioned which I cannot recollect, are all done and I as a common man should have know it all on my own by now". His response was simply ridiculous! Moreover, when I complained about not communicating it clearly, he told me that I should have that much SENSE and he has another client to attend at 2 so I should do my cardio on my own. I was totally outraged. His reply was literally unacceptable. For my complaint about the Unprofessional approach given by the personal trainer, the trainer argued that I was told to workout for 2 days but because he concluded the workout in 1 session I should have known that ON MY OWN*(like how?), because of this, today, would be cardio and my session would be cancelled without prior information despite me connecting with the trainer prior coming to gym as I had an important meeting, no such communication took place. It is appalling that the assistant manager even asked me to change another fitness trainer if I was unhappy and have faith in her decision of the new trainer which were the exact same words the 1st time as well .His manner and response are very rude and irresponsible.

I expect to receive a full explanation regarding this matter. I hope that you would take this complaint seriously. I request a written apology from the personal trainer and a refund of my personal training fee as I have lost all my confidence in joining any courses of your centre again. I expect to hear back from you with a full resolution to this issue by 2nd May, 2017 at the very latest.
