Subject: dissatisfaction with service Respected sir I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the response provided to me on the loss of my nike shoes. I have been a member of your gym from past three years, and my timings are 8:30 to 10 pm. As rao nagar branch. On... I was rushing out of the gym at 10 pm since it was closing time, i left my nike shoes in the gym locker room by mistake. I phoned the gym the next morning to enquire about the shoes and i got an affirmative response, and i was asked to collect them in the afternoon.in the afternoon when i went to the gym to collect the shoes, the staff members denied the possession of my shoes. I further requested them to check the cctv footage of the gym, but i was treated with an aloof and laid back attitude from them. My shoes are expensive and are of limited edition, it's imperative for me to have them back. I did bring this issue to the notice of the management but all in vain. It was really unprofessional behavior by the staff members who kept me waiting and did not provide me with a follow up on the complain, i was given inadmissible reasons that the staff has been changed. There were other complaints of losses too which were never addressed by the management. This is a clear act of theft from your management side and i demand to get my shoes back or refund the money. Im highly unsatisfied with the service provided. I request you to kindly look into the matter and take a stringent action. I look forward to hearing from you within the next ten days.
