Talwalkars Fitness Solution — gym closed without any notice and didn't provide refund

I was a member of talwalkar gym baner branch all of a sudden gym closed and they didnt refund the promised amount. For each and every mail they kept on asking for some more time.in 1 year of membership i have used in only for 6 months. 2250 rs is pending from them to refund it. Kindly help me. They promised to process the refund in installment of 2. I got the 1st installment. But 2nd one is pending since 6-8 months

This gym never opens at time.Members are always waiting in the morning. time of gym is 6 but almost in 2 days in a week it opens after 6.15.so old members are reducing.And trainners in the morning are not available. they are sleeping inside.
