Talwalkars Fitness Solution — switching off power and electricity and harassing customers | |||
Dear team, Kindly note that me and my husband are members of talwalkars pune pimple saudagar since oct 2017 and recently on oct 2018 we have renewed for another 1 year. We have been facing continuous issues of gym in the following matters 1) very frequent switching off power supply while electricity is available in the entire building. This leads to the entire workout area dark and suffocating leading to risk of breathless and tripping over equipment. Also treadmill cannot be used which is a very vital part of warm-up for all. Photos of gym without electricity are attached. 2) no group classes for zumba, aerobics bollywood class for morning session. We observe frequent irregularities in these classes. However since past 2 to 3 months hardly any. Classes were conducted. The trainers have informally mentioned in various occasions to us that they are not paid their fees. Adding to the recent incident there is no electricity in the gym since 31st oct 2018 and they have sent 2 sms stating that gym will remain closed till 9th november 2018. The snapshots of the same along with notices and pics of gym without light or ac have been attrached. We await for your kind reply since we are proceeding ahead for legal action and also would initiate the same in newspaper.
