Talwar Hyundai Service Center — disrespect and cheating attitude of the staff including the gm mr. sudhakar | |
My name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. From the time i purchased my santro car (2006/2007) model, i have been giving it for service at the same center (Talwar hyundai service center, tadbund, bowenpally, hyderabad). This is the 3rd time that after scheduling an appointment for picking up my car at the last minute they call me and tell me that the particular person is not available and give me some excuse or the other. From the time mr. Sudhakar has taken over or appointed as the gm at this service center, it has become very bad for customers like me who are being ill-treated and disrespected by the staff and mr. Sudhakar. They have a feeling that they are doing a favor by servicing my car and think that i need to pay to get harassed and get ill-treated. It is very sad that i have been giving my vehicle honestly with the service center for all these years and even the head office management are not able to help me in this regard and they wanted to wash their hands by saying that you purchased the car and it is your responsibility to get the service done by talking to the service center. The entire hyundai staff including the senior management seem to have the same kind of attitude and they wanted the only amount. Was this information helpful? | |
